Balancing head and balancing machine
Vibrations are a common occurrence during chip removal machining. They can cause the workpiece to approach or move away, causing problematic variations. The balancing heads and balancing machines that compose our instrumentation are used to evaluate the presence of machine tool oscillations.
Ultrasonic tank
The ultrasonic tank is essential to guarantee the correct washing of each individual component. The technology it is based on is used to remove the presence of oxygen, to avoid the formation of rust.
Portable vibrometer
Once the motor is fully assembled, we use a portable vibrometer connected to it to evaluate the alignment of each individual component and to examine the degree of vibrations.
Electronics department laboratory instruments
The main laboratory tools used in the electronics department include:
