Balancing head and balancing machine
VibrationsĀ are a common occurrence during chip removal machining. They can cause the workpiece to approach or move away,Ā causing problematic variations. TheĀ balancing headsĀ andĀ balancing machinesĀ that compose our instrumentation are used to evaluate the presence of machine tool oscillations.
Ultrasonic tank
TheĀ ultrasonic tankĀ is essential to guarantee the correct washing of each individual component. The technology it is based on is used to remove the presence of oxygen, toĀ avoid the formation of rust.
Portable vibrometer
Once the motor is fully assembled, we use aĀ portable vibrometerĀ connected to it to evaluate the alignment of each individual component and toĀ examine the degree of vibrations.
