SMART Service for the remote control of machine tools

- SMART Conditioning;
- SMART Vision.
SMART Conditioning focuses on the presence of a Control Room at our headquarters in Albairate, in the province of Milan. It is a workstation equipped with optimum technologies that are able to detect potential or actual faults, allowing us to promptly intervene to assist the customer.
SMART Vision involves the use of SMART Glass glasses to communicate with the maintenance managers at the customer’s site, guiding them in the operations to be performed.

SMART Conditioning
The SMART Conditioning service designed and developed by Tecnoservice is a true revolution in the field of remote assistance for CNC machine tools. The essential architecture consists of: a Control Room, a real-time monitoring software platform, sensors and optional web cameras. Through the Web App it is possible to continuously view the actual maintenance status of the machine tools. The system reports malfunctions to both us and to the customer via Telegram notification.
SMART Vision
Whether it is to manage and control numerous or only a few machines, the SMART Vision service carried out by our technicians is the ultimate solution in case of sudden faults or the imminent danger of machine downtime. Through the use of latest-generation SMART glasses, we assist the customer’s representative in carrying out all the procedures necessary to restore normal use. SMART Maintenance developed by Tecnoservice
The Tecnoservice SMART Maintenance Control Room, through smart glasses provided to its technicians in the field, is able to remotely connect and supervise the maintenance intervention in real time.
The goal is to guarantee our customers:
- Coordination of the intervention.
- Improved service quality.
- Reduction of resolution times.
The technician in the field is immediately able to receive support from the Control Room which, remotely, can support them through voice commands and visual instructions, integrating images of the company they are working at.
