The problem of machine downtime
Machine downtime is an event that can happen at any time despite every effort being made to ensure that falls in production do not occur. In the case of CNC machine tools, the possibility of faults occurring is likely both in the transition from one piece to another and actually while the component is already being processed. Production times can be protracted and a malfunction can result in the entire production line stopping while maintenance and replacement operations are carried out.

Our problem-solving skills
We have designed and developed various services to prevent machine downtime in order to ensure the highest level of intervention flexibility.
SMART Service includes two avant-garde modes. The first involves assisting the customer without the maintenance technician needing to be physically present. From a Control Room, located at our premises, we monitor and analyse the operating conditions of our customers’ machine tools. In the event of actual or suspected faults, we are alerted by a warning notification and we then determine the extent of the damage.
Finally, should the customer require a repair that would leave them without machinery for a prolonged period, we provide an efficient rental and trade-in service for electric motors and drives of the leading brands, such as Siemens, Selca and Indramat.
