Our procedure for the repair of drives involves the following work phases:
Recording of receipt
Analysis and preliminary checks to diagnose the fault
Dismantling and cleaning of individual boards and other components
Preparation of the processing sheet and drafting of the quotation
Repair of the fault and regeneration of the drive
Checking of the individual parts
Assembly
Final testing with a motor suitable for the drive
Our electronic laboratory has numerous test benches that are used to test the various types of drives: these tests reproduce the actual operation of servomechanisms and inverters in the machine, ensuring maximum reliability.
Thanks to the large spare parts warehouse, Tecnoservice is able to immediately supply new, reconditioned and trade-in drives.
